WORKING WITH ME: THE PROCESS
If you’re ready for your website to start seeing some traffic, or for your audience to be tantalized by your product, then this is what you can expect. The initial onboarding process (steps 1-3) can take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks, depending on how quickly you want to get started. During this time, I am learning about your goals, product, and audience – all of which will direct me as I create your company’s unique content strategy.
This is what you can expect:
1 ) Discovery Call
This free, no obligation, 20-30 minute call gives both of us a chance to get to know each other. I will ask you about your goals and what you hope to get out of content marketing, and you can ask me any questions you have. If both of us feel good about working together, we move onto step #2…
2) Email Follow-Up
I will send you an email with a proposal including the cost and scope of work to achieve the discussed marketing outcomes. If there are any questions, we can always schedule another call. Once you send the signed proposal, I will email you my ‘welcome kit’ with all other documents we need to get started!
3) Kick-Off Meeting
This initial meeting will solidify goals, key performance indicators, and milestones we will be using to measure the success of our efforts. We will also make sure I have access to any applications (your website, social media accounts, etc.) or material (logos, brand guides, etc.) I will need to execute the marketing plan
4) Regular Check-Ins
From this point on, it is smooth sailing! I will be busy researching your audience and competitors, writing content that works towards your company’s goals, and evaluating metrics and data to improve future content. We will meet as often as you decide you’d like. During these meetings we will go over metrics and future strategies, and you have the opportunity to receive consulting on any other marketing efforts your company may be considering or already implementing.
